Abu Dhabi, Eau – May 23, 2025: By marking an important milestone in the history of the Euroleague, the final Four of the Euroleague of the Türkiye Airlines of 2025 has been official for the first time in Abu Dhabi.
Before today’s high -risk semifinals, the tournament opened with a press conference at the iconic Louvre Abu Dhabi, with a red carpet that arrived at Shani Blatt and Deniz Aksoy, and two Enging panel discussions exploring.
The first panel presented the Liga executives, including the Euroleiga Basketball CEO, Paulius Motiejunas, who expressed his confidence in the continuous success of the competition: “Each game matters is not just a slogan. Go for another 250 years.”
He was joined by the general manager of Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul, Maurizio Gherardini, and Marko Pesic of FC Bayern Munich. Gherardini echoed the optimistic perspective: “Euroleague as a product has history, an incredible fan base … We have whatever necessary to grow.”
The second panel brought together the Legends of the Euroleague, including the 25 members of the Euroleague Kyle Hins, Nando de Colo and Leave Bodiroga, along with the nine -time champion coach Zeljko Obradovic.
After the panels, the stage was prepared for the official presentations of the team. Represent their respect teams at the press conference were:
- Fenerbahce: Coach Sarunas Jasikevicius and Nigel Hayes-Davis
- PANATHINAIKOS: Coach Ergin Ataman and MVP of the Euroleiga Kendrick Nunn
- Olympiacos: Georgios Bartzokas and Sasha time
- Like Monaco: Vassilis Spanoulis coach and Mike James
