Abu Dhabi transforms sick leave attestation with online service

ABU Dhabi workers can obtain the disease license certificate and the essential online Beanavement services as Emirate’s health authorities adopt digital transformation.

The Dhabi Health Department (DOH) is at the forefront of digital transformation, which makes progressively advances to improve medical care services and improve the welfare of the community.

With most medical care services in ABU Dhabi digitized, such as Sanadom and the Left Suck certificate service in TAMM, Doh is restructuring the experience of medical care of all citizens and residents when rationalizing the processes, optimizing the efficiency leadership in the excellence of the digital government.

Dr. Noura al Ghaithi, Secretary of Unders of the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH), said: “Initiatives such as Sanadom and the disease license certificate highlight our commitment to innovation and digital transformation into medical care.

“By rationalizing processes and improving accessibility, we are redefining the health experience, empowering people and communities equally.

“These initiatives are an integral part of our broader vision of building one of the most intelligent and efficient health systems in the world, driven by patient -centered solutions and the search for continuous excellence.”

Sanadkom simplifies administrative procedures and eliminates bureaucratic obstacles for accumulated families and now serves more than 2.9 million citizens and residents in Abu Dhabi, ensuring a perfect and compassionate experience difficult times.

The initiative, integrated with seven government entities, transforms administrative processes related to the death of several months to only a few days, relieving the emotional burden that improves operational efficiency and precision.

In addition, the disease license certification service on the TAMM platform, a fully digital solution that has revolutionized the process of obtaining official medical license certificates.

By eliminating the need for physical visits, the service has reduced processing times by 83 percent, reducing them from six minutes to just one minute.

Through integration with the Human Resources Authority and the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization, the system has also reduced errors by 39 percent, which guarantees greater precision and accessibility for users and increasing the percentage of satisfaction.

Innovative characteristics such as intelligent alerts, SMS notifications and an improved interface have simplified the process, improving user confidence and loyalty rates.

This is reflected in the significant increase in client effort scores and net promoter scores, highlighting the positive impact of the client’s trip initiative.

Khalaf Helal al Mazrouei, General Director of Corporate Enabling and Community Services in the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH), said: “Now more than ever, the digitalization of services is essential to improve accessibility and efficiency.

“The health sector is at the forefront of this transformation in Abu Dhabi, providing citizens and residents of vital services just one click away, ensuring that we meet their needs in an environment that evolves rapidly.”

When integrating customer comments and the data analysis lever, DOH is still focused on improving their services and anticipating the evolutionary needs of the community, establishing new reference points in patient care, ensuring that medical care in Abu Dhabins remains practices.

In recognition of his outstanding achievements, Doh received two prestigious awards in the Customer’s Experience inaugurated Prizes without ABU Dhabi effort for the authorization of the Government Department (DGE), including the award for the best moment of life for the Sanadkom initiative and the special recognition for the disease license certification service.

These praise underline Doh’s commitment to boost digital innovation and improve the quality of life of his community.
