2025 Dubai 100 He has his family names. Mohamed Alabbar, still in #1. Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair, now in #2. Sir Tim Clark, maintaining its position as one of the most important figures in aviation. But what makes this year’s list different is not who has stayed. It is what joins.

Anas Bukhash, media entrepreneur and host AbstalsNow it is a figure of the 10 best. That is not just a wink to the size of the audience, it is a recognition of the impact. Bukhash builds platforms that not only report: they shape how people throughout the region see identity, success and ambition. His ascent indicates a broader truth: today, the presence in the media is not secondary. It is central.

Next to him is Balqees Fathi, an artist Emirati-Yemeni, businesswoman and cultural voice. Like Bukhash, his power does not feel perfectly in a work title. He lives in his ability to involve millions, launch companies and move on sewing between entertainment and entrepreneurship.

Technological leaders are also occupying more space. Tomaso Rodríguez in Talabat and Magnus Olsson in Careem is part of a group that not only directs companies: they help shape how Dubai moves, orders and connects. Its influence is integrated into the daily routines of the city.

Then it is the public sector. Names as helal to the Marri and Abdulla al Karam are now prominently located not only for their titles, but for their execution. These leaders are promoting reforms in tourism, education and mobility, and do so in association with private players. It is not a symbolic collaboration. It is structural.

Demographic history is also important. Almost half of the list is made up of expatros. One in four is under 45 years old. This is not a footnote, it is a signal. Dubai’s idea or leadership is extended to reflect its population: diverse, ambitious and deeply international.

Than the Dubai 100 It makes it clear that old lines, between sectors, between roles, between public and private, fades. What is emerging is a new set of builders. People who move through industries, shape the public and create impulse. This is how the influence in Dubai is seen today, and is already pointing out what 2026 can bring.
