Sharjah Airport expects 500,000 passengers over Eid Al Fitr 2025

The Sharjah airport is expected to receive more than 500,000 passengers and operate 3,344 flights between March 27 and April 6.

The airport has announced its willingness to administer the anticipated increase in the duration of air traffic from Eid to Fitr.

The Sharjah Airport Authority (SAA) confirmed that all operational and logistics preparations have been completed in coordination with their strategic partners and all relevant entities, to guarantee operations without problems and offer an exceptional travel experience.

The Sharjah airport authority has developed an integral operational plan aimed at improving the efficiency of maximum duration period periods.

The plan includes depending on enough human resources in all work areas, with a private approach in strengthening customer service equipment to provide immediate support and assistance to passengers.

All facilities and support services have also been completely prepared to guarantee a soft and perfect experience that reflects the position of the airport as a leading aviation center.

As part of its commitment to inclusive services, SAA has also placed special emphasis on providing dedicated facilities and support services for older people, children and people with disabilities, guaranteeing their comfort and complying with their travel requirements.

Sharjah’s airport continues to improve its digital trip by encouraging passengers to use intelligent technologies that allow rapid and efficient registration procedures.

This contributes to a faster passenger flow and a more perfect experience in general. These efforts are aligned with the broader digital transformation strategy of the airport and their on -And -Ond commitment to adopt advanced technological solutions to improve the provision of services and provide a complete integrated travel experience.

The airport authority also advises all passengers to get to the airport at least three hours before its scheduled start time to allow enough time to complete travel procedures easily.
