Arada has completed the door, a complex of two constructions at the entrance of the AED 35 billion project in Sharjah, adding 120 houses to development.
The door, which was complete at the end of 2024, sacrifices apartments of a room, two bedrooms and three bedrooms equipped with smart home characteristics.
Currently deliveries are being made to the new owners.
Arada offers modern life
The complex is located in a strategic location that provides entry and exit points to Aljada, with the Madar family entertainment district nearby.
Residents have access to green spaces that include an adventure park, an outdoor gym and dedicated trot and cycling clues.
“With a population that has now achieved more than 20,000, Aljada is clearly one of the new most progressive and popular urban districts of the Gulf. We are now working on complete residential buildings at the Aljada hotel, including the district, including the district before the end of this year,” said Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO or plow.
The door has a screen -shaped facade designed to optimize natural light while allowing multimedia projections, creating a visual gateway in aljada.
This completion takes the total units delivered from plow to approximately 10,000 in just eight years from the company’s foundation.
To date, more than 7,600 houses have been delivered in aljada, with another 1,600 scheduled for completion this year.
Earlier this year, Arada launched Safa, a new high -end apartment with 660 Premium smart houses in five buildings in West Boulevard de Aljada, which will feature stores and meals.
Aljada covers 24 million square feet and will contain 25,000 houses at the end. Development includes residential districts, retailers, hospitality, entertainment, sports, educational, health components and a business park.
