Object 1 has launched V1stara House, a medium -height residential tower in Al Furjan, Dubai. The development, scheduled for its completion in the third quarter of 2027, sacrifices apartments from one to 3.5 bedrooms from AED1.1 million.
The project presents apartments in approximately 10 residential floors with 3.1 -meter roofs and panoramic windows. Each floor houses six to eleven units to provide space and privacy for residents.

Al Furjan has seen rent transactions by 8 percent, with the rental values of a room by 39 percent.
The area sacrifices the yields of up to 9 percent, positioning V1stara House as an option for both end users and investors.
