EMAAR Malls Management (LLC) has presented a rental support initiative for food and terraces beverage establishments overlooking the lake and the areas of Fuentes in Dubai Mall and Souk Al Bahar, after the closing of the Dubai Fountain.
The property developer will renounce the rental of the affected terrace spaces for four months, from June to September 2025, to help companies manage the possible floors.
Emaar four -month rental exemption
As part of the initiative, Emaar will install 400 meters of digital screens along the promenade to maintain the duration of the number of visitors the closure of the source.
The screens will show visual content to encourage the location.

The terraces next to the Lake in Dubai Mall and Souk Al Bahar have historically attracted diners looking for views of the water shows of Dubai Fountain and the configuration against the sea.
Emaar Malls declared that despite the closure of the source, the terraces continue to offer views to the city and gastronomic experiences.
