The announcement coincides with Dubai AI week, which extends from April 21 to 25.
The DLD described the monitoring system as part of its strategy to improve transparency and credibility in the real estate sector.
The department previously launched ‘Madmoun’, an electronic service within the Trakheesi system that issues QR codes for each real estate admit.
The DLD now requires that all real estate companies show QR codes of thesis in visual and written ads, allowing customers to verify the authenticity of the listings and confirm that they have been approved by the real estate regulatory agency.
