He is a passionate Dubai-based entrepreneur who serves as the proud Founder and Sole proprietor of Seven Yachts, which is grown to be UAE’s leading luxury yacht charter and sales brokerage. Having the vision to make it huge in the world of entrepreneurship since the very beginning, he paved his own path to success, and today not just in the yachting industry, Kasper Jakobsen has been creating momentum and success in the real estate development sector as well in his native country of Denmark. His growing presence in both these industries has earned him a massive clientele, including celebrities, high-net professionals, and diplomats.

After gaining prominence in Dubai with his yacht charter and boat rental business, he is determined to open a new branch of his yachting empire in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. This business of his has given him massive rates of return and thus has quickly become an attractive proposition for investors. Kasper Jakobsen grew between Thailand and New Zealand and studied at the prestigious IE Business School in Madrid, Spain, before relocating to Dubai to set up his businesses.

Norero, aka DjLuiJay, was raised in the United States of America. He resided in Florida; however, this was short-lived because his family then moved to Los Angeles, California, the city of angels. It’s been a hardworking and smooth journey for him because he has so much compassion and dedication for his career and knows the way of this music industry.

DjLuiJay discovered his passion for DJ and music at an early age of 7 when he witnessed a DJ doing the turntables and mixer, and there was no looking back from then on. Finally, at the age of 17, DjLuiJay got the major break and landed himself a ticket to Hollywood. He worked in famous Hollywood Clubs and eventually led to an On-Air DJ for the radio station, clubs, birthday parties, weddings, quinceañeras, and high school events. After researching famous DJs like DJ Qbert, DJ Jazzy Jeff, DJ Am, and DJ E-Man and further embracing them, he created his style and sound that people loved and enjoyed listening to. The struggle he has faced is matching prices and competing with other DJs or companies around the area. Sometimes DJs are valued so low that other DJs that have already put in so much sweat, work, and time, sometimes say yes or take a job for an amount that is not fair. He believes that by providing excellent customer service, building relationships, and getting to know what the customer or client wants, he can deliver and execute his best and provide them with the best experience. Carla A. Carlisle is TEDx speaker, author, trauma expert and child advocate. A proud boy mom, she has dedicated her life to informing the world about the impact of trauma and how we can excel beyond it.

2) about your profession and how you are involved in this profession

Carla’s organization is Carla A Carlisle LLC. She found her calling after becoming a foster parent and now adoptive parent to her son, JC. Through the six-year journey to adopt JC,
Carla saw the direct impact of trauma and intergenerational trauma on her child and herself. Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) impact children into adulthood without social buffering. ACEs increases a person’s likelihood of trying to die by suicide by as much as 1200%, I almost lost my child at the tender age of 6, and consistent exposure to his family’s intergenerational trauma impacted my own mental and physical well-being. Trauma and mental health are as important as physical health, without advocacy and support, the impact can be devastating to the individual and society. Carla not only wanted better for her own son, but for all people who are traumatized or dealing with toxic stress.

Carla and her 11-year-old son JC penned “My Big Notebook: It’s About Me with a Little Help from My Friend JC”. My Big Notebook is the first of its kind; a fun, private, guided way for elementary school-aged children to express their own thoughts, feelings, and experiences as an ongoing form of self-expression while coping with life and daily stressors. JC is your child’s buddy in a composition-style book. My Big Notebook includes evidence-based coping mechanisms packaged into fun journaling and coloring pages along with meaningful stories from JC’s life.

Carla penned “Journey to the Son” to share the often perilous journey many children face when the trauma of their parents is unresolved. She pours her heart out to the reader about her battles with infertility, a failed marriage, becoming a foster parent and then losing the child to the foster care system. In the United States, she serves on the board of the Alexander Children’s Foundation, Member and Social Media Subcommittee Lead for Carolina Violence Prevention Collaborative (CVPC), Stakeholder Advisory Counsel for PCORI (Partners in Care for Suicide Prevention), Policy & Advocacy Committee at MHA of Central Carolinas (US), and volunteers with NAMI Charlotte (North Carolina, US).

Carla’s short-term goal is to share aspects of her journey to motherhood and the impact of trauma on children to national and international audiences, which would include book sales of Journey to the Son and My Big Notebook.

Longer term, Carla wants to get My Big Notebook translated and provided to children in foster care and orphanages across the world. She sees herself speaking on international stages giving workshops and keynote speeches to share hope for our children who endure so much.

8) about family

Carla was born in the United States in a small town called Kokomo, Indiana. She attended Indiana University undergraduate school where she became a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Carla moved to Washington, DC and worked for the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), the United States Senate and consulted to multiple government agencies while obtaining a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in human resources management from American University and another in organizational development from Johns Hopkins University. Carla obtained a graduate certificate in change management from Johns Hopkins University.

Her biggest accomplishment has been becoming a mom. She is a proud boy mom and dog lover. Her home is always busy. Her sons have started following in her footsteps by sharing the importance of mental health in the community. She loves writing, social media and traveling with her kids, friends, and family.

Through a life changing experience, Carla became a symbol of hope and resilience for those adversely impacted by trauma and toxic stress. Experiencing trauma as a child is devastating and can bring about developmental delays and much worse, but there is hope! It takes just one loving advocate to positively change the trajectory of a child’s life.

I’m a professional workout coach and nutrition expert. I’m doing bodybuilding since 1997. I’m married to my wonderful wife Bianka and we have a 4 years old daughter. We live in Switzerland. I love to motivate and
teach people, to bring the best out of them. I was always interested in many different things and want to know everything in every detail to really understand what I do. I love to spend time with my family, especially in the
nature. I was born in 1982 and grew up in a small village. I started playing soccer, but at the age of 15, I started weightlifting and do it still with the same passion as in the beginning. I’m a strong character and follow my
principles.

2) about your profession :

I work as a personal coach in our gym together with my wife. My clients are mostly women which want to come in shape. I have written over 400 blog articles about my own workout and nutrition system which I named TNT (Trainsane Nutrition Timing). I do nutrition plans and I’m an expert on supplements. In 2016 I started creating and producing our own products. I do also competition coachings, where I already prepared around 1000 athletes for bodybuilding and fitness competitions all over the world. Many of them
won titles including national champions and world champions too.

3) about your achivement :

I started with online coaching which was growing fast and with many successes with competitors I became famous – almost locally. Step by step I added more things to my business like building my own gym, creating my own supplement company and clothing too.

4) how you are involved in this profession :

I did it all before just for me until my wife came into my life. She was my first athlete and the powerful part in our relationship. After successful competitions with her, a lot of people came to me for coaching and we
started our business, the TRAINSANE company. She inspired and pushed me for that all

Dr. Duaa Dergham is a Cosmetic and General Dentist born, raised and educated in Jordan. Her passion for dentistry came along with her artistic talents and the art of creating beautiful smiles. In true artistic spirits, Dr. Dergham is a perfectionist in her work, it is those high standards that helped her stand out in such a competitive industry.

Dr. Dergham has continuously strived to keep learning and expanding on her skillset through the pursuit of advanced dentistry courses and healthcare management. She found a particular passion in cosmetic dentistry as she aims to show her patients the power of a beautiful smile and the lasting impression reflected in healthy, bright teeth. She adores her work and finds her success in the happiness her patients radiate after their dental treatments.

Over the years, she has expanded her clientele base to include family, friends and celebrities, some of which have become her dearest friends. She is proud to say that more than 30% of her circle are also patients who she might have helped in one way.

Dr. Dergham completed her B.D.S. from the University of Jordan which has proven to be one of the top ten dental faculties in the region. She started her early career in Jordan’s private sector before moving to the UAE. Since then, Dr. Dergham has managed to build her experience from various well-reputable institutions, including Dubai’s Ministry of Health, Public Schools’ health clinics as well as privately-owned and managed clinics. To add to her practical experience, Dr. Dergham has attended and participated in many international dental workshops, sessions, and conferences. She has developed a particular interest in root canal treatments and aesthetic dentistry, including veneers, whitening, and teeth bonding. All of which have led her to become one of the leading Cosmetic Dentists in the UAE.

Coming from her dedication to empowering women both in their professional and personal lives, Dr. Dergham is a strong believer in the power of words and their impact in changing women’s lives. She has, thus, become an active member of the Dubai Business Women Club and multiple social groups, including the Roses Club, Ask, Connect, Empower Women Group. She makes it a priority to participate in various health, and women’s rights awareness sessions within the community.
