Now, when my cleavage caught your attention, I want you to stop for a second and realize that if we human beings will be continuing going like this we are not gonna make it even to the next decade.

2018: California had 8527 fires burning an area of 1,8 million acres.
2019: in Siberia 7,4 million acres were on fire.
2019: Amazon rainforest 2,2 million acres has been lost to fire.
2020: Australia… 1.25 billion animals have died.
1.250.000.000.
In Kazakhstan plane crushed killing dozens of people and authorities just blamed it to the Ice Buildup.

Ukrainian airliner was shot down by accident in Iran 176 on board were killed.
USA and Iran is about to start a World War III.

And let’s not forget that Syria, Ukraine, Turkey, Libya, Israel and many more countries are still in war… 87% of the World’s Oceans are dying… And we can here only post pretty pictures with pretty captions but prefer not to do and know anything.
But you know what? We actually can!
Small things can change everything.
How about we stop spreading the hate on internet and in real life, if you meet someone rude, just think that maybe something bad happen to that person, and move on, don’t make his hate poison your heart.

Just be honest with yourself and stop blaming others, stop blaming yourself, anyone, just work harder!
We can all live together in peace and help our earth recover, because she is clearly trying to show us the right way.
If we can be united during the disasters, wars, why can’t we be the same united during the normal life, if we don’t learn our lesson now, it will keep going until we finally manage to figure out our life!

DP World offers up to 70% cut in Jafza company fees

In a far-reaching confidence-building initiative, the cost of licence registration and administration for companies operating in one of the world’s most sought-after business hubs – Jebel Ali Free Zone – will be slashed by up to 70 per cent, DP World, announced on Tuesday.

DP World, UAE Region, which operates the region’s oldest and largest free trade zone, said the initiative would immediately assist more than the 7,500 businesses that operate out of Jafza and hundreds of new businesses attracted by the region’s most sought-after free zone’s plug and play infrastructure and solutions for trade.

The across-the-board reductions in business-related fees by between 50 per cent and 70 per cent will be applicable for registration, licensing and related administrative functions for companies currently operating in Jafza as well as for new investors.

In addition, a range of other online services will now be offered free of cost as a direct result of Jafza’s on-going digitalisation process, DP World, the region’s premier logistics and business hub operator, said in a statement.

Established in 1985, Jafza is home to companies from 100 countries, including Fortune-500 firms. The free zone accounts for almost 23.9 per cent of total foreign direct investment flow into the UAE while contributing 23.8 per cent of Dubai’s GDP. In 2018, the free zone, which is facilitating the employment of more than 150,000 people, generated trade worth $93 billion.

Mohammed Al Muallem, CEO & Managing Director, DP World, UAE Region and CEO of Jafza, said the initiative is highly significant and in line with the recent call by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, to bring down the cost of doing business and enhance investor experience.

Al Muallem said it is a timely move to inspire   customers towards pursuing their business targets with greater confidence and purpose. “It’s specifically designed to create value and opportunities for the companies to channel their resources to support their activities sustainably. We believe this forward-looking initiative will enable companies to do business in a smarter way and generate more business and create new jobs.”

“Trade has always powered Dubai’s economic development and DP World has played a central role in supporting it. The activities of our flagships Jebel Ali Port and Jebel Ali Free Zone are very closely connected with companies located there to take advantage of the world class infrastructure facilities and investment incentives and to connect to global markets. The twin economic growth engines are examples to the world and serve as models DP World is rolling out in other locations across our network worldwide. As wealth generators, they are critical infrastructure assets that underpin prosperity and success for our nation,” said Al Muallem.

DP World, UAE Region contributes to over 33.4 per cent of Dubai’s GDP and believes this initiative will further enhance the ease of doing business at Jafza, and continue to position Dubai as one of the global centres for commerce and trade.

Coronavirus: Emirates reduces frequency on Italy routes, suspends flights to Venice

Dubai’s Emirates has suspended its daily flights to Venice and reduce frequency to Milan after all of Italy went under lockdown because of the Covid-19 outbreak.

“In light of the current situation in Italy, we have suspended our daily flight to Venice from March 12 to 31. We have also temporarily reduced the frequency of our daily flights to Milan from three to one,” an Emirates spokesperson said in a statement to Khaleej Times.

“This remaining daily flight will continue to operate as EK205/206 from Dubai to Milan, but will not operate onward to New York, as this sector has also been suspended from March 11 until April 3,” said the statement.

All of Italy was placed under lockdown as more than 9,000 people have become infected in the European country in little over two weeks, out of a global total of more than 113,000 in over 100 countries.

Nearly 4,000 people have died across the world, the vast majority in mainland China.

The Dubai-based carrier said its services to Rome will be reduced from two flights a day to one until April 30, while services to Bologna remain unchanged.

“We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Affected customers should contact their booking agent or Emirates office to make alternative arrangements. We continue to monitor the situation closely, and look forward to resuming normal operations when feasible,” said the spokesperson.

Earlier, British Airways, Jet2 and Ryanair stopped all Italy flights until April. Tunisia announced suspending all flights and shipping to Italy except to Rome.

Dubai female expat caught selling drugs to undercover cop

A Dubai expat, caught red-handed providing an undercover policeman with hashish, has been charged at the Court of First Instance.

The 27-year-old Egyptian woman is facing charges of facilitating the drug use to others and using amphetamine and crystal meth.

The defendant, currently a jobless, has been placed in detention.

The case dates back to July 18 last year and was registered at the Al Muraqqabat police station.

A lieutenant from the anti-narcotics general directorate of Dubai Police said they were tipped-off by a reliable source that the defendant used drugs and possessed a quantity for selling it to addicts.

“Through investigation, we verified the information to be true. After taking the necessary legal procedure, we assigned a policeman to get in contact with the accused.

“In front of me, the policeman requested a quantity of drugs from the defendant on WhatsApp. They agreed on a venue to meet in Al Muraqqabat. She sent her location at 1.30am. I, together with other anti-narcotics officers, accompanied the policeman and watched him from a distance.”

The policeman proceeded to meet the defendant in a civil car.

“Right after she handed over hashish to the undercover cop and collected the cash, we raided the car following a signal (earlier agreed on) by that cop. The defendant then admitted that she indeed handed over a quantity of hashish to the officer as she needed cash to pay for her rent,” the lieutenant told the public prosecution investigator.

According to the crime lab report, the quantity seized from the accused was hashish and weighed 3.67 grams.

Her urine sample tested positive for amphetamine and crystal meth.

Toddler dies after choking on chips in UAE

A 14-month-old Emirati baby girl choked to death on Tuesday evening in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah after a piece of chips she was eating got stuck in her throat.

The young victim, based in Wadi Shaam, could not breathe because the piece of chips blocked her trachea, according to sources.

“Though her parents tried hard to save her life and rushed her to the nearest hospital, she was in a critical condition when admitted.”

“The parents turned their baby girl upside down and slapped her back several times, but to no avail.”

The emergency duty doctors exerted their utmost effort and tried several times to resuscitate her, but unfortunately, she was shortly declared dead, they added.

“The young girl’s brain was deprived of oxygen for a long time due to the blocked airway, and her face turned blue due to lack of oxygen.”

The baby girl was moved to the morgue of the hospital and was later buried at the Al Waaeb cemetery.

The emirate of Fujairah, back in 2018, saw a similar case where a two-year-old Emirati baby boy choked after a piece of grape was stuck in his throat.

Dr. Engy Ziada, a specialist pediatrician, urged all parents to take first aid training courses to better deal with such emergencies.

“The life of any person will be dangerously affected if his or her brain is deprived of air for more than four minutes.”

She also advised parents to keep the hard materials away from their toddlers. “Parents should also cut fruit into small pieces when given to their children, and always observe them while eating.”

“If the baby turns blue, parents are advised to start CPR, and call the emergency services for help.”

Dr Dhiraj Sidagonda, a specialist pediatrician, told Khaleej Times that a child’s windpipe has almost the same diameter as a drinking straw.

“Parents need to be careful while feeding their children, and choose the right food, and keep items and toys out of reach.”

According to Injury Facts 2017, choking is the fourth leading cause of ‘unintentional injury’ death.

There are 100,000 unintentional childhood injuries, including choking, according to the Children Health and Environment Report by the World Health Organisation. The Middle East and the region have a whopping 40 per cent unintentional or related to choking incidents in children, whereas Europe, has 7.9-25.4 per cent, a year.

Global child injury deaths by choking, smothering, asphyxiation and animal bites for children aged 0-17 is 31.1 per cent. Moreover, 16.8 per cent of global child injury deaths are caused by drowning. Children under five years of age have the highest drowning mortality rates worldwide, with New Zealand and Canada as an exception.

First and foremost, I am a mother of two amazing girls and wife to a loving man with a very busy schedule. When I’m not attending to their needs, I try to devote my spare time to my other passions: fashion, music, design, travelling, cooking and fine dining – in short, alI of the other simple (and not so simple) pleasures in life! I understand what it means to be a mom and the need to find an escape (once in while) from the world of lululemon, carpools and lunches on the go to the world of high fashion, exotic travel and fine dinning. That said, the objective of my blog’s is to appeal to and be representative of the life of a young modern women with a family with (admittedly) a penchant for the finer things in life – so expect a bit of both! I hope this blog will serve you as a useful tool to find your pleasure in whatever world you happen to be in. In addition to my latest discoveries, I’ve enlisted the help of my friends in different parts of the world to contribute to my blog – thanks guys!

I sincerely hope you enjoy reading my blog as much as I had sharing its contents with you!

It’s crazy to think that less than 5 years ago I was just starting to toy with the idea of blogging. I wanted a platform where be inspired and share all the things I love. From fashion and food to friends and family, I wanted to write about my life, capture all the moments of my life and just put it all out there – no holding back.

Well, it’s been a wild ride so far and my interest in blogging has transformed my life and has become my full-time job! From the Mademoiselle Jules blog and Insta, I’ve had the opportunity to partake in so many amazing endeavours with artists, designers, brands, and influencers; I’ve collaborated on amazing campaigns, I’ve attended incredible events and Paris Fashion Week and NYC Fashion Week. I mean, my life still feels like it’s kind of the exact same, my values and priorities are still my children and family, my friends and people I love, but my day-to-day job I am privileged to say, is something I wake up and look forward to working at. I’m constantly inspired and also exhausted, lol! But, the truth is, I’m mostly just grateful.

“In fall, it’s fun to play with makeup and accessory colours like orange, burgundy and merlot. I personally tend to go with neutral tones for the rest of the year, but in fall, I go for darker makeup, especially a dark lip.”

When I started weight training 17 years ago i was inspired by the bodybuilder figure of Frank Zane & Arnold Shwarzengger , I was always into sports at school back in High School, soccer & Water polo , but I was the skinny kid! I just wanted to gain a little weight and size to help with my performance in general, so i pushed myself to lift at the gym !
My mentality is very much to stay dedicated to a goal , if I want something, I will see it through to the end & what
Kept saying to myself that No one will outwork me !! I worked out twice a day, ate 6-7 meals in order to beat my average genetics!

After 3 years of training I noticed that my biceps had so much similarities to Arnold’s & that began to give me motivation & hope that one day i can have that perfect physique ! gym soon became my passion, and along with my gym buddies we decided to enter a local bodybuilding competition; just for fun to keep us motivated, to train harder, and diet more. Long story short, I won 5 national consecutive titles ! And it felt so good !!. Competing quickly became my motivation to keep training, keep getting better, so my goal was to stand on stage every year.

In 2009/2010 having a bulky physique was the trend and at that time I decided to take my body to a whole new level of shredding, so I started educating myself, using trials & errors in dieting & trying new ways of training & i landed on a 3.5% body fat physique after 4 months of extreme focus & dedication! I made the 1st photo session ever in Sep 2010 that defines the word (FITNESS MODEL) that we see nowadays! It was one of my greatest achievements to date, i tried to compete in musclemania 2010/2011 & 2012 but I wasn’t that lucky as rejections kept coming due to the hard times that the country went through (revolution) !!
After that period I took the decision to stop competing and started doing some fashion shows & modeling and started my professional career at Nestlè.

Now I always make sure to share my experience & healthy lifestyle with my followers and positively influence them to keep fit and healthy.
I want to keep inspiring and motivate people of all ages, to share the importance of the consistency needed in both training, nutrition & achieving their goals in general.
