Skin aging is a natural process that occurs around time, but can also be influenced by varied external factors. Preventing and managing skin aging implies a combination of lifestyle options, skin care practices and, in some cases, therapeutic interventions.

Strategies to prevent and treat skin aging

Sun protection

One of the most important taxpayers for premature skin aging is sun exposure. In addition, see looking for shadow, wear protective clothing and wear hats and sunglasses to minimize sun exposure.

Healthy lifestyle

Skin care routine

Establish a daily skin care routine that includes cleaning, hydration and the use of products with ingredients that support skin health. Look for products containing retinoids, vitamin C, peptides, hyaluronic acid and antioxidants, since they can help fight aging signs and improve skin texture.

Avoid hard products

Therapies for skin aging

Topical retinoids

Chemical shells

Chemical exfoliations involve the application of a chemical solution to exfoliate the outer layer of the skin, the replacement of promotion cells and the improvement of texture and skin tone.

Laser and light treatments

Laser therapies, such as fractional laser or intense pulsed light (IPL), can stimulate collagen production and direct specific aging signs, such as age spots and wrinkles.

Dermal fillings

Injecting dermal fillings can add volume to the lost areas of elasticity, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and restoring a more youthful appearance.

Botox and Dysport

Botulinum toxin injections can temporarily relax facial muscles, reducing the appearance of dynamic wrinkles, such as crow feet and frown lines.

Microneedling

This procedure implies the use of small needles to create controlled microinjurities in the skin, stimulating collagen production and improving skin texture.

Anti -aging creams and sera

Several creams and free sales and prescriptions can help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, hydrate the skin and promote collagen production.
