The construction pipeline of the Latin America Hotel is full of new options for meetings and incentive groups.
The business is booming in the region of the world: at the end of the first quarter of 2025, the total hotels construction pipes in Latin America saw a 18% increase in projects and an increase of 11% in the year after year. Or those, Mexico had the largest number: 254 projects and 39,163 rooms.
The following new hotels focused on the group business extend, all the different experiences that the region has to sacrifice, from a mountain complex located in an extinct volcanic crater in Panama to the first all -inclusive property of Marriott in Cancun.
1. Av Resort Cancun
Cancun, Mexico
The all -inclusive Ava Resort Cancun, opened in October 2024, sacrifices 1,600 rooms with private terraces and views of the ocean. It has 90,000 square feet or space for events, including two large dance halls, the largest or that measures more than 53,000 square feet. The complex also sacrifices 17 gastronomic options, a large spa, well -being center, six swimming pools, a water park, bowling, golf and Ava Bay, a salt water lagoon made by the man of 2.8 acres for water activities.
2. Hotel La Compañia Del Valle
Anton Valley, Panama
The La Compañia del Valle hotel is a Mountain complex inspired by Toscano located in an extinct volcanic crater with 70 rooms. The luxurious property, part of the non -united Hyatt collection, sacrifices 4,704 square feet of space for interior meetings in three rooms. The property also sacrifices a unique outdoor square for up to 80 guests. Other outstanding aspects include a large spa, a salt water pool, Roman bathrooms, aromatherapy steam rooms and a terrace overlooking the Indian mountain.
3. Hyatt Regency Panama City
Panama City, Panama
Inaugurated in February 2025, the city of Hyatt Regency Panama is a location in the city’s financial district and offers 25,000 square feet of space for events in two towers. The facilities include a regency dance hall for up to 450 guests, theater style, 12 meeting rooms, an outdoor terrace and a transmission room for hybrid events. The hotel has 382 rooms and suites, four dining rooms and a 24 -hour gym.
4. JW Marriott Costa Women / W Costa Women
Costa Women, Mexico
Marriott will open two all -inclusive resorts in Costa Mujeres, Mexico, in 2026. The JW Marriott all including Costa Mujeres will have 283 rooms, six gastronomic options, several swimming pools and large meeting rooms. W women with all inclusive will have 300 rooms, five restaurants, multiple bars and rooms and 9000 square feet of events. Both properties will connect to The Village, an entertainment place of 70,000 square feet.
5. Marriott Cancun, an all -inclusive complex (renewal)
Cancun, Mexico
Marriott Cancun, an all -inclusive complex, reopened in July 2024 as the first Marriott all -inclusive property, with 450 redesigned rooms and almost 25,000 square feet of renewed space of interior and exterior events. The complex has a large dance hall that has up to 720 people, theater style. There are also a total of 12 spaces for interior events, five spaces for outdoor events, 13 gastronomic options, an aquatic park and a gym.
6. Nekajui, a ritz-carlton peninsula reserve
Papagayo, Costa Rica
Nekajui, a Ritz-Carlton reserve, opened in February 2025 on the Peninsula of Costa Rica Papagayo. The 107 -room complex, which includes three luxury tents, offers views of Bahia eggs and the Pacific Ocean. Comforts include several gastronomic experiences, multiple swimming pools and a spa. The Palmares Reserve of 250 Acres surrounding sanctuary has three ecosystems and sacrifices for guided Wildlife Walks, Tyrolinas and Trips in Canoa.
7. SLS Playa Cancun
Cancun, Mexico
Opened at the end of 2024, SLS Playa Cancun is the first all -inclusive complex of the Ennennermore brand. The complex has 498 rooms and nine flexible events spaces, including a dance hall with capacity for almost 1,000 guests, theater style. Comforts include four pools, a spa, 15 gastronomic options, two gyms, access to the beach and multiple entertainment options for adults and children. Two miles from the complex are Playa Women Ennennermore Golf Club, a PAR-72 field of 18 holes.
8. W São Paulo
São Paulo, Brazil
W São Paulo opened in January 2025 and sacrifices 179 rooms that begin on the 25th floor of the building, allowing panoramic views of the city. It has more than 5,000 square feet of spaces for meetings and services, including the foods of the upper floor, a variety of restaurants in the place, an outdoor pool and well -being programs. Attendees can explore the city through an adorned catwalk that connects Rua Funchal with Rua Helena.
9. Waldorf Astoria Costa Rica Punta Cacique
Cacique Punta, Costa Rica
Waldorf Astoria Costa Rica Punta Cacique is a new complex in front of the sea at the Liberia airport. It offers approximately 10,000 square feet of space for interior and exterior events overlooking the sea, which include Grand and Junior dance halls, a ceremonial pavilion, a terrace and areas in front of the beach. The property includes a spa, gym, multilevel pool and seven gastronomic options.
