The opportunity abounds in the Middle East meetings industry. At the International Mouses of December, 12 new events were announced only in Saudi Arabia. Hotel development in the region has tasks off, and brand conversions are also at maximum record, according to the accommodation economy.

Aldhafra Resort, Vignette Collection is a new property on the edge of the empty neighborhood, the largest sand desert in the world, and Bab Samhan, a luxury collection hotel, Diriyah, in the Historic District of Riad.

Aldhafra Resort, vignettes collection
Abu Dhabi, Eau
Opened in early March 2025 in the empty room, the largest sand desert in the world, and located less than 100 miles from Abu Dhabi. The complex is suitable for incentive groups that seek unique experiences in the Middle East. Comforts include an outdoor pool, butler service, spa and gym. The activities have trekking in camel, Arab tasting GHWA (coffee), archery and stars gazing.
Andaz Doha
Doha, Qatar
Opened in February, Andaz Doha has 312 rooms in 26 floors. Services that include a pool, spa, gym and business center. The property includes three gastronomic concepts, two or what will open later in 2025, and more than 20,000 square feet of space for events in six rooms, including the 8,000 square feet dance hall.
Bab Samhan, a luxury collection hotel

Opening soon, Raffles Jeddah presents 182 Roman and suites with a view to the Red Sea. The luxurious hotel is positioned as a high -end option for meetings in Jeddah, located 25 minutes from King Abdulaziz’s international airport. It has a 14,000 square feet dance hall, a private dining room, areas prior to the function and a dedicated wedding exhibition room.
Signa by Hilton Amman
Amman, Jordan
Signia By Hilton Amman marks the first property of the brand outside the United States located in the Shmeisani business district, offers the only city convention center. Three dance halls, the largest accommodation, 1,200 guests in theater style, are complemented with space prior to the function, terraces, rooms and 15 meeting rooms. Additional comforts include an outdoor pool, fitness and business centers, and six restaurants that serve local and international cuisine.
Space42 Arena
Abu Dhabi, Eau
Located in the Al Raha Beach area, Space42 Arena has almost 27,000 square feet of versatile interior event space, in addition to a lobby and 6,500 square feet of space in the backstage. You lift up to 3000 people and have advanced sound and lighting systems and a 49 -foot roof height.
The St. Regis resort al Mouj Muscat
Muscat, Oman
Located along the coast of Al Mouj, the St. Regis Complex Al Mouj Muscat marks the brand’s debut in Oman. With 250 rooms, it has the large St. Regis Dance Hall of 14,500 square feet, accommodation of up to 1,200 guests, theater style. Comforts include nine gastronomic options, fitness and recreation facilities, SPA and 1,200 feet of private access to the beach. Adjacent is to Mouj Golf, a 18 -hole championship golf course and par 72.
Wynn Island Al Marjan
Ras al Khaimah, Eau
Wynn Al Marjan Island (at the top), the first game complex in the Middle East, opens at the beginning of 2027. The property will offer 1,542 rooms and farms of villas on the side of the navy, with a view to the Arabian Gulf. It will also have a complete sports port; 22 restaurants, rooms and bars; A nightclub and a beach bar; A living room; A shopping ride; and multiple swimming pools. The property includes the 80,000 square feet event center with terraces and outdoor cracks.
