  3. It improves physical performance: strength training can improve its general physical performance, which facilitates complete daily activities and participate in physical activities. It can also help reduce the risk of injury and improve posture.
  4. Increase trust: strength training can be a reinforcement of trust, since you can see physical changes in your body and feel the benefits of your hard work. In addition, the mental and physical challenge of strength training can be a great stress relief.
  5. Increase longevity: regular strength training can help improve general health, reduce the risk of chronic conditions and increase useful life.
  6. Aging fighting: Force training has been shown to slow down the aging process and reduces the physical decrease associated with aging.

In conclusion, strength training is a valuable form of exercise for women of all ages and physical condition levels. From the construction of strong bones to increasing trust and reducing the risk of chronic conditions, strength training is an excellent way to improve health and well -being in general.
