What would happen if I told you that there was an activity that combined physical aptitude, education, socialization and work? It sounds too good to be true, huh? It may be impossible … but this perfect activity exists and is called walking.

Why walk is perfect for multitasking

Walking is such a healthy and simple activity that it keeps it in motion and, when planning correctly, it can help you achieve a lot and do a lot. This blog is dedicated to all the wonders of walking, and if it seems that I am a little obsessed, it is because I am!

  5. Walking improves your immune system, which in turn adds years to your life. That is a very good reason to schedule a daily walk, right?
