Ingredients:
- 1 cup of oatmeal (or ground a cup of old oatmeal in a food processor)
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon of ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- ½ cup of sweet potato puree (use caned or push approximately 1 medium potato everywhere with a fork and bake at 400 ° F/200 ° C for 45 minutes until it is soft for puree, or in the microwave for 5 to 7 minutes)
- 1 big egg
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons of choice milk
- 1 middle ripe banana (or ½ cup of apple puree)
- ½ cup of maple or honey syrup
- 1 teaspoon or sodium bicarbonate
- 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
Method:
- Preheat the oven at 350 ° F/180 ° C and slightly grease a donor pan.
- In a bowl, combine oatmeal, salt and spices.
- In a small bowl, combine sodium bicarbonate and vinegar, then reserve.
- In a food processor, mix mashed sweet potatoes, milk, banana, arce syrup, egg and vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients, act the ingredients and bicarbonate sodium mixture.
- Pour about 4 tbsps in the wells of greased donuts.
- Bake for about 25 minutes and let it cool completely before removing them from the pan.
