At just eighteen years of age, Mark began his finance career assisting in mortgages and Lending with Certified Funding in 2002. Thereafter, Mr. Kolta officially made his first Wall Street debut in mid-2007 with the brokerage firm Gain Capital (A world leader in online currency brokerage). While at Gain, Mark displayed early talents, , utilizing his negotiation and people skills by consistently ranking in the top spot amongst his peers. During that time Mark also acquired his Series 3 (commodities, options, futures license), and began learning the trades of technical and fundamental trading. With that experience, it was time for young Mark to begin his career as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch. As one of the youngest advisors employed by Merrill in 2008, Mark successfully completed acquisition of his Life Insurance license, Health, Sickness, & Variable License, Series 7 (General Securities Representative exam), and his Series 66 (Combined Uniform State Law). Age 22, Mark was ready to take on a 2008 market crash with JPMorganChase, as a fully registered Financial Advisor.
Having served over three years with JPMorganChase, and growing a book of business of ten million assets under management, to one hundred million (and again ranking within top ten wealth management advisors by production) it was time for not so young Mark Kolta, to take his career independent. Mark successfully left JPMorgan with assets representing approximately 50 million, and now stands tall today at age 31 steering his clients through tumultuous and volatile markets.
