How discipline, creativity, and guidance shaped a social media professional with global vision

Minakshi Shardul is a social media manager whose journey began in a simple household shaped by responsibility and resilience. Raised with her parents and sister in a family where financial stability was uncertain, Minakshi’s early life was marked by struggle. There were phases when even three proper meals a day felt difficult, but these challenges quietly built discipline and inner strength.
During her school years, her father was often away due to work, and her mother carried the primary responsibility of the household. Every day, she cycled nearly 5–6 kilometers to drop her daughters at school and bring them back home. As the sisters grew older, their mother took up stitching work and later worked in a beauty parlour to support the family. Watching this effort closely instilled a deep sense of responsibility in Minakshi at a young age.
After completing her 12th grade, Minakshi developed a strong interest in computers and joined computer classes, spending several hours daily learning technical skills. During this phase, she realized that learning Tally could help her secure a job. More than personal ambition, her motivation was her mother’s future. She did not want her to continue doing physically exhausting work. Minakshi began taking her mother along to computer classes, a decision that soon helped her mother secure a proper job and brought dignity and stability to the family.
Minakshi later pursued a B.Com degree while continuing her passions. From childhood, she was deeply interested in sports, especially basketball, and equally committed to art. She completed Elementary, Intermediate, and Foundation art courses and earned an Art Teacher Diploma alongside her commerce studies. Her education formed two pillars marketing and arts. Marketing and psychology became her core subjects, helping her understand human behavior, audience mindset, and brand positioning, while her artistic skills were refined through consistent self-practice.
Alongside academics, Minakshi developed a strong interest in accounting and computer software. She completed Tally and began working while studying. Managing software, projections, presentations, and digital work helped her support her family while building professional confidence. Her routine was demanding, often leaving her with very limited personal time, yet she remained focused and disciplined.
Her dedication brought recognition through leadership roles in college and awards at art exhibitions across Dhule, Aurangabad, and Nashik.
In September 2021, Minakshi’s sister moved ahead in her career and settled professionally, creating a foundation of stability for the family. Inspired by her sister’s journey and determination, Minakshi later moved to Pune to work alongside her. This phase became a major turning point in her life. The job transformed her personal and professional journey, bringing emotional stability, confidence, and clarity of direction.
Minakshi openly acknowledges that the home built for their parents was a shared effort, where her contribution was around 30–40 percent, and the larger strength came from her sister’s consistency and support. She credits her sister as a key reason she was able to grow, learn, and achieve what she has today.
Strong leadership and guidance in her professional environment further shaped her understanding of the industry, discipline, and long-term growth. Over four years, work never felt like pressure it felt like learning, enjoyment, and belonging. The company became more than a workplace; it felt like family.
This stability led to life-changing moments. Minakshi was able to take her parents on a flight for the first time and later travel with them across seven countries experiences that once felt unimaginable.
Her journey expanded globally when she moved to Dubai, where she attended GITEX and the 1 Billion Followers Summit, gaining exposure to global leaders, creators, and innovators. These platforms enabled international collaborations and physical client meetings, strengthening trust and professional relationships. Today, Minakshi Shardul’s journey reflects humility, gratitude, and growth driven not by individual credit, but by shared effort, guidance, and belief. As a social media manager, she continues to build with the same values that shaped her life.
