Ainsley Duncombe, founder of Off Market Listing Dubai, said Arab business’S Ab Majlis Podcast that technology would transform how agents operate into the Emirate Real Estate Market boom.
“Tech will play a massive role in terms of real estate in the region and in Dubai. It would come so far to say that 90 percent of real estate corridors will not have a job in their current format during the next 12 to 18 months,” said Duncombe.
The property veteran, who has been in the real estate market of Dubai for 17 years, compared the next interruption of how Uber transformed the taxi industry, suggesting that only the high -end luxury segment agents would be less affected.
“There will still be 10 percent of the runners who will continue transactions in a similar way to what they do now. That will be more in the luxury segment,” he added.
Duncombe, previous international commercial director for the property search engine, where he opened six markets throughout the Middle East, said the AI would drastically change the behavior of the buyer and operations of the runners.
“In the future, we will see much more educated consumer,” he said, explaining that property search engines would use AI to generate highly detailed property requirements instead of general consultations than the runners of the runners handle.
“There is no runner in the country, including myself, which can give it all statistics from 100 units, or 5,000 units or 50,000 units. There is no one who can do it. AI can do it,” Duncombe said.
Despite predicting the technological interruption, Duncombe dismissed the statements that the rates of the runners would disappear completely, saying that “a corridor will always need” he thought that Rolle changed significantly.
He pointed out that Dubai continues to attract an unprecedented migration of wealth, with more suriries of people who seek to relocate what he has experienced in his 18 -year career.
When asked about emerging opportunities, Duncombe expressed optimism about the real estate market to Khaimah, where he has personally invested and highlighted the exclusive development of the world islands, describing him as Byes Binaraaaai “only nine.
Duncombe established the list outside the Dubai market to specialize in properties that are not publicly contained in real estate portals, attending to high -level people and celebrities and celebrities seeking privacy in their property transactions.
