Sanadkom simplifies administrative procedures and eliminates bureaucratic obstacles for accumulated families and now serves more than 2.9 million citizens and residents in Abu Dhabi, ensuring a perfect and compassionate experience difficult times.
The initiative, integrated with seven government entities, transforms administrative processes related to the death of several months to only a few days, relieving the emotional burden that improves operational efficiency and precision.
In addition, the disease license certification service on the TAMM platform, a fully digital solution that has revolutionized the process of obtaining official medical license certificates.
By eliminating the need for physical visits, the service has reduced processing times by 83 percent, reducing them from six minutes to just one minute.
Through integration with the Human Resources Authority and the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization, the system has also reduced errors by 39 percent, which guarantees greater precision and accessibility for users and increasing the percentage of satisfaction.
Innovative characteristics such as intelligent alerts, SMS notifications and an improved interface have simplified the process, improving user confidence and loyalty rates.
This is reflected in the significant increase in client effort scores and net promoter scores, highlighting the positive impact of the client’s trip initiative.
