The Cyvn Holdings of Abu Dhabi and the Sovereign Fund of Bahrein Mumtalakat Holding have announced the successful completion of the McLaren Automotive Cyvn acquisition and a non -controlling participation in the McLaren races.
This follows the strategic agreement that CYVN signed in December 2024 with Mumtalakat, which was subject to usual closure conditions and an annoying regulatory approach.
This milestone marks a significant step in the CYVN strategy to build a leading mobility platform, globally connected and unlock the maximum potential for McLaren in the high -performance automotive sector.

The completion of this transaction is also aligned with Mumalakat’s strategy to optimize and improve its portfolio, while guaranteeing sustainable long -term financial yields.
