ACRES 2025: Sharjah real estate exhibition saw $1.2bn of transactions

The Root Exhibition of Acres 2025 Sharjah witnessed 2,505 transactions with the total value of the agreements that risen to AED4.4bn ($ 1.2 billion), according to a meeting of the Emirate Executive Council.

Sheikh Abdullah Bin Salem Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, deputy director of Sharjah and vice president of the Executive Council, presided over the council meeting on Tuesday morning at the governor’s office.

Duration The session, the Council discussed a series of government affairs related to public policies of local departments and entities, together with the implementation plans designed to strengthen Sharjah’s position in several sectors.

Real Estate Exhibition of Sharjah 2025

The Council reviewed a detailed report on the tenth edition of the Sharjah’s real estate exhibition (Acres 2025), which recorded a remarkable increase in performance.

More than 110 real estate companies participated in the event, including local and international participants. The exhibition attracted more than 15000 visitors and presented more than 30 speakers who led training workshops and awareness programs.

The report also underlined the positive impact of the Executive Council decision to reduce sales and purchase rates by 50 percent for transactions made by the exhibition.

A statistical comparison with previous years was provided to highlight growth and improve results.

In addition, the Council reviewed the participation guide for the presence of the Sharjah en Gitex 2025 Government. The next exhibition aims to highlight innovations that support digital transformation and align with future technological developments in all sectors.

The main issues of participating projects will focus on digital government services, artificial data and intelligence, digital infrastructure and intelligent systems, information and cyber security, and digital empowerment and capacities development.

The participation of Sharjah en Gitex 2025 continues its strong presence in past editions. The Emirate Pavilion in the most recent edition attracted some 28,000 visitors, facilitated the commitment to more than 250 companies, showed 18 distinguished government projects and witnessed the signing of four cooperation agreements.
