AD Ports Group and Columbia Group, a global maritime, logistics, leisure and global global energy platform, announced the formation of a joint company (JV) to optimize third -party ship operations.
The JV will also optimize the oceanic fleet of AD Ports Group through the latest generation fleet management systems.

The newly formed entity, Noatum-CSM Limited, combines the experience of Columbia Group in advanced fleet management systems and performance analysis promoted by AI, with the advertising port groups several experience in fleet management and extensive experience in ship management, worldwide and regional.
In addition, by integrating the management of ships in the Maritime & Shipping Cluster cluster service portfolio of the AD Ports group, the strategic alliance offers the benefits of a world -class ship management system and a third -party to third parties equipment.
The JV will benefit from immediate access to the performance optimization control (POCC) of Columbia Group, an advanced digital platform designed for the improvement of the performance of the catalysis fleet, predictive maintenance and regulatory compliance.
This platform provides continuous live monitoring and comprehensive decisions support tools to optimize trips, speed, use of bunker and broadcasts.
The system will take advantage of multiple vessels to train informed decision making and improve operational and commercial performance.
