DIVIDENDO OF GASES ADNOCAuthor: Aisha Al Habibi

ADNOC GAS PLC and its subsidiaries confirmed the shareholders’ approval to distribute $ 3.41 billion in dividends throughout the year by 2024, including a final dividend payment of $ 1,706 billion scheduled for distribution in the second quarter of 2025.

Dr. Sultan Ahmed al Jaber, president of the Board of Directors of Adnoc Gas, said: “In 2024, we achieved record financial results, advanced growth projects and declare the greatest payment of dividends in the ADX, while we continue to capitalize on the robust foundations of the market to fulfill a total yield to the shareholders of 19 percent.

“As the world becomes more and more natural gas and LNG, particularly in Asia, we strengthen our position as a critical facilitator of global energy security and a key taxpayer to the economic growth of the EAU and industrial development.

DIVIDENDO OF GASES ADNOC

“ADNOC gas remains in a single position to unlock greater growth while supporting the transformation of global energy systems.”

Adnoc Gas offered strong financial results in 2024, informing a net income adjusted record of $ 5 billion, an impressive 13 percent year -on -year and a strong Ebitda growth of 14 percent year -on -year at $ 8.65 billion, with a high and stable Ebitda margin of 35 percent with free cash flow or $ 4.58bn.

The solid results of 2024 of the year 2024 of ADNOC Gas demonstrate the success of its disciplined strategy, presented in November 2024.

The strategic update described the investments of $ 15 billion in growth opportunities designed to meet the growing global natural gas demand and boost a projected increase of 40 percent in the EBITA by 2029 from a baseline of 2023.

This will be achieved through an expected increase of 30 percent in the company’s gas processing capacity as Adnoc expands its upstream production capacity.

The AGM ADNOC follows the completion of the recent commercialized supply of ADNOC shares of 3.1BM shares in ADNOC gas, the highest placement of actions in the ADX and the largest secondary offer in the EAU to $ 2.84 billion.

As a result of the complete sacrifices, Adnoc Gas has expanded its shareholders base and anticipates the potential inclusion in the MSCI and FTSE indices as soon as this year.
