The growth activities of NMDC Energy based in Abu Dhabi in Saudi Arabia reached a new milestone when signed an extension for a long -term agreement (LTA) with Aramco.
NMDC Energy, which appeared in Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) in September last year, is a provider of engineering, acquisition and construction services for energy clients on the high seas and on land.
NMDC extends Aramco Partnership
The NMDC Energy services cover detailed engineering, acquisition of materials, manufacturing, transport, installation and predomision of high seas facilities in projects that will be executed within the territorial waters of Saudi Arabia.
The agreement has now extended for another three years, and NMDC Energy has the option to renew it for another three -year period.

The previous LTA with Aramco was signed in 2016. Since then, they have been involved in several projects in Saudi. Earlier this year, NMDC Energy inaugurated an advanced manufacturing court in Ras al Khair in the kingdom, deepening its capabilities and opening new possibilities for the regional energy sector there.
