Dubai 100: What this year’s list tells us about 2026

2025 Dubai 100 It is full of signals. Reading conforms to the names and will see that patterns are formed, not only or who has influence now, but where it is likely to grow that influence.

Start with artificial intelligence. He is moving from a conversation to an infrastructure. Government departments and private companies are adopting AI tools to boost everything from mobility planning to the provision of medical care. This change suggests something important: next year’s list could present algorithm architects, ethics of AI or founders that build regional language models from scratch. What Fintech was for 2018, AI can be by 2026.

Climate innovation is also entering more acute focus. After COP28, green technology is no longer a lateral line. It is a strategic pillar. That means that future energy players will probably come from companies that develop low carbon logistics, smart network infrastructure or regional clean energy storage. Investors who support thesis solutions, especially those who link the issue with the measurable results of ESG, rise.

Then there is space. The Mars of the EAU mission and astronauts are no longer symbolic, they are part of a national ambition. The impact is not just scientist. It is industrial. The new aerospace companies, satellite data companies and advanced research laboratories are earning traction. Wait that the names of that ecosystem appear in 2026 Dubai 100.

This does not mean that inherited sectors such as real estate or retail trade faded. It means that they will evolve, driven by digitalization, integrated data and sustainability demands. Imagine real estate developers who use AI to model energy. Or retail platforms designed around zero broadcast logistics. The power will favor those who fuse the old and the new, not one over the other.

Demography will also import. The generational change we saw in 2025, where one in four figures was under 45 years old, will not be reversed. It is the new normality. Wait even more founders, analysts and technologists fluently on both policies and platforms.

Yes 2025s Dubai 100 It was convergence, in all sectors, cultures and identities, 2026 will be expansion to border sands. AI, weather and space are not just emerging fields. They are where the next wave or leadership of Dubai will come.
