Dubai announces $75m bonus for employees

Dubai will deliver more than $ 75 million in bonds for civil employees in the Emirate.

Under the directors of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputman, and Chair of The UAE, and Chair of The UAE UAE, and Defness of the UAE, and Defness of the Eau, and the defense of UAEE, and the Defense of the Eau Defense, approved the distribution of bonds based on performance with AED277M ($ 75.4 million) for civil employees or Government entities of Dubai.

The bonus will be granted to qualified employees based on specific criteria.

This generous initiative occurs as a culmination of the achievements that the Emirate has achieved during the past year, which reflects the efficiency of government performance and helps improve Dubai’s competitiveness while solidifying the vedias in position as one of the most advanced.

It also reaffirms the appreciation of leaders by government employees as key taxpayers to these successes.

Sheikh Hamdan said the initiative reflects the vision of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid al Maktoum and his commitment to tingling talent and encouraging maximum performance.

This improves productivity and quality, which drives Dubai’s growth while solidifying his state as the main destination of the world for work and life, with the government dedicated to providing a prosperous work environment and innovation inspires creativity and inspires.
