Dubai Customs is prepared to handle an eid to Fit Rush expected at Dubai airports during Eid to Fitr and including the returns of Umrah’s pilgrims in the last ten days of Ramadan.

The Department of Pins Operations has implemented a specialized plan for maximum travel seasons, ensuring customs procedures without problems with high efficiency and quality.

Customs officers are dedicated to accelerating passenger processing, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a leading global center for tourism and travel.

Dubai Customs eid Al Fit 2025 Airport Plan

Customs Dubai remains a key partner in the success of Dubai International Airport, which registered a remarkable performance in 2024.

Khalid al Mouazen, manager of Terminal 3 in Dubai Customs, stressed that Dubai Customs has developed an operational plan to manage the anticipated increase in the EID of the passenger trick door and the return of the Umrah pilgrims.

To guarantee operations without problems, additional inspection officers have been implemented and narrow coordination with key partners, including Dubai airports, Emirates Airline and other airlines.

Daily meetings help simplify operations, and early notifications allow proactive adjustments to accommodation fluctuations in the volume of passengers.

Real -time coordination between airline service officers and customs inspectors guarantees efficiency in all airport terminals.

As part of his efforts to improve the travel experience, Dubai Customs has organized special welcome services and symbolic gifts to reach passengers who arrive eid, recognizing that the airport serves as the entrance door to the various attractions and festivities of Dubai.

With a significant number of visitors to the duration of the CCG in this period, the department remains committed to offering a warm reception while maintaining the fast and efficient customs authorization, without compromising security.

A key initiative that supports these efforts is the IDECLARE (Smart Disulate) program, an advanced digital solution designed to simplify customs statements for travelers.

This initiative is aligned with Dubai’s vision of a travel experience without problems and reinforces the position of Dubai International Airport between the world’s main airports.

Through IDECLARE’s mobile application, incoming passengers can predict their personal belongings, including goods, gifts, currencies and cash.

The application also allows travelers to initiate customs authorization requests before their arrival, reducing significant processing times in the Red Channel less than four minutes.
