Dubai Health Authority Launches Ambitious AI Training Programme to Drive Smart Healthcare Transformation – Technology

Aligned with Dubai to weekThe Health Authority of Dubai (DHA) has launched a comprehensive training program aimed at equipping its employees with the knowledge and abilities necessary to maintain the pace of the rapid digital transformation of the health sector. This initiative reflects DHA’s commitment to support Dubai’s annual strategy to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) and build a health system ready for innovation ready for the future.

The launch of the training plan coincides with the inaugural Dubai to weekCelebrated under the sponsorship of his highness, Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed al Maktoum, heir prince of Dubai, Vice Minister Vice Minister and Minister of the EAU, and president of the Board of Trust of Trust of Trust of Trust of Trust of Trust of Trusts of Trusts of Trusts of Trust or Future Fundamentals (Dff). Executive diploma to enable AI in the health sector

This program, aimed at executive leaders and department leaders, is designed to train participants to adopt AI technologies by providing specialized knowledge, future -centered ideas and practical tools to support strategic decision making. The diploma also focuses on improving capacities to integrate intelligent solutions within transformation projects in all authority, promotion, innovation and long -term impact. Delivered in collaboration with ESCP Business SchoolThe program includes interactive workshops led by global experts in AI, cybersecurity and data strategy.

Specialized AI training program

Aimed at 200 employees in technical and analytical roles, this program is designed to generate internal experience capable of promoting digital transformation and developing intelligent solutions to improve operational efficiency. Delivered through LinkedIn LearningThe program sacrifices the high quality content and recognized globally adapted to the specific roles of the work. It allows flexible learning and its own rhythm with monitoring of progress, certification and integration with LinkedIn profiles. The training also includes the measurement of the impact of performance and the application of the real world to guarantee tangible results in the workplace.

Program of one million ia indicators

Developed in collaboration with the Dubai Future Foundation and the Dubai Center for AI applicationsThis program focuses on the improvement of employees in generative, fast engineering and smart decision making. Its objective is to boost productivity and accelerate the data -based response in medical care, supporting the Dubai digital transformation strategy and fostering an economy based on knowledge.

Al Khaja confirmed that More than 25% of DHA personnel have already completed the ‘One Million AI Administrators’ programwith the complete participation of employees expected within a short term of Tim. Participants receive certified training hours, even more demonstrating DHA’s commitment to foster qualified digital talent and foster a culture of intelligent innovation and transformation.

Dha is also encouraging Private Medical Care Facilities In all Dubai to participate in the initiative as strategic partners to achieve the future health vision of the Emirate. The objective is to build a qualified workforce capable of leading innovation and pioneer in the use of advanced technologies in line with the intelligent health objectives of Dubai.

As part of the initiative, DH recognized several employees who successfully completed the “one million AI” program. Recognition reflects the dedication of authority to the development of human capital and continuous learning, while reinforcing a culture of innovation, excellence and future preparation within the organization.

This initiative reaffirms the leadership of DHA in the construction of a resistant and digitally qualified workforce prepared to navigate the evolutionary medical care panorama and contribute to Dubai’s vision of becoming a global center for intelligent medical care.
