Dubai Media Academy launches groundbreaking “Artificial Intelligence Initiative in Arab Media” – UAE

Dubai Media Academy, the specialized training and research arm of Dubai Media Incorported, announced today the launch of its “artificial intelligence initiative in the Arab media.” Presented during the week of Dubai AI, celebrated from April 21 to 25 under the sponsorship of its highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid al Maktoum, the heir prince of Dubai, Vice Prime Minister, Minister of the USA.

This initiative is a direct response to a series of recommendations presented by the Academy after workshops and sessions held during the past year. These discussions highlighted the shortage of the tools of AI capable of handling the complexities and cultural depth of the Arab language, respect for several cultural dialects and nuances.

Through collaborative associations with the media, technology companies, developers, universities and research institutions, the initiative will promote innovations to address challenges such as the representation of the dialect, the accenticity data of visual content.

Muna Busamra, director of the Dubai Media Academy, commented on the launch by saying: “The ‘artificial intelligence initiative in the sudden of the Arab media’ a tangible response to the real needs expressed by the interested parties in the Arab media sector.” and specialized studies to serve the efforts aimed at developing technological solutions that support Italy, white Arabia, white arabisis, white arabisis, white Arabesis, white Arab to the preselet.

To support this launch, the Dubai Media Academy also launched the first edition of the White Paper, “State of Artificial Intelligence in the Arab media”, which serves a strategic roadmap that describes priority and technology developers. The document identifies the technical requirements, offers clear guidelines and highlights the opportunities to produce original solutions driven by AI specifically designed for the scene of the Arab media.

Advisor of the Dubai Media Academy, ASEM GALAL, also said: “What distinguishes the” artificial intelligence initiative in the Arab media “is the collective enthusiasm of all active parts in the media and technological fields, and its constructive efforts to shape the future of Toolt of culture.

Through the week of Dubai AI, the Academy will hold specific workshops and discussions, with other strategic projects and associations that will be announced successively during the year.
