The Dubai Police received 45,845 calls Duration of Eid Al-Fitr holidays through its command and control center and the 901 call center.
Of the total, 40,715 calls were made to the 999 emergency line, while 5,130 calls were received through 901, the number designated for consultations that are not emergency.
Colonel Bilal Jumaa Al Tayer, interim director of the Command and Control Center, praised the efforts of the calls of the call center for their professional and rapid management of public consultations, reflecting the commitment of the Dubai police with quick response times and community satisfaction.
Public members urged to use 999 strictly for emergencies and to direct non -urgent consultations and questions related to the service to 901, which is dedicated to general consultations.
Meanwhile, Abdullah Ibrahim, interim director of the Center for Happiness of the Client of the General Department of Administrative Affairs, declared that the 901 call center also handled 1,273 emails and 549 live chats through the official period of the Dubai Police.
He explained that email and live Chat services allow the public to receive instantaneous answers to their questions and suggestions of specialized personnel, further improving customer experience.
The Dubai police continue to encourage the public to use the correct communication channels to guarantee operations without problems and immediate support duration, both regular and holiday periods.
