Dubai real estate: 10 villas launched at $260m Mews Mansions development in Meydan

Dubai General Properties has announced the official presentation of his Bad Real Estate Project, Mews Mansions.

Located in the prestigious Meydan district, the Mews mansions were placed along the streets of the Golf Meydan field and included 10 private five bedroom mansions.

With a gross development value (GDV) exceeding AED950m ($ 258.6m), the project is a luxury development in Dubai.

Each residence has more than 25,000 square feet of accumulated area, located in a sudden expansive classification from 15000 to 16000 square feet.

Mews Mansions has been designed by the acclaimed Studio of A&D and has interiors designed by Olsen & Partners.

Improving even more the luxurious atmosphere, each mansion is equipped with the latest generation appliances of estimated brands such as Gagenau and Honey, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic attraction.

Each mansion has sliding glass doors without frame that open on private terraces, roof gardens and quiet water features.

Residents can enjoy the views of the Dubai horizon, including Burj Khalifa.

The strategic positioning of each residence guarantees maximum privacy, uninterrupted panoramas and an abundance of natural light.

The development atmosphere is reinforced by waterfall cascades, reflective swimming pools and infinite edge pools.

Interiors are designed as a sanctuary of comfort and well -being, with characteristics that include:

  • A quarter dedicated for yoga and meditation

The construction of Mews Mansions is currently underway, with the completion scheduled for the fourth quarter or 2025.

The first mansion of the show will be presented this summer.
