Azizi Developments has confirmed that the construction of his Azizi project seen in Dubai Studio City has reached 86 percent completion, with the delivery scheduled for the third quarter of 2025.
Residential development, which will sacrifice studies, one and two -room apartments, continue to progress with the general finishes to 85 percent.
Construction teams have complete structural work, lock and internal plaster, while the mosaic has reached 96 percent. HVAC and MEP facilities have 95 percent and 87 percent respectively.

External works are 47 percent complete, with the pool to 79 percent, the elevators to 90 percent and the facade works with 89 percent. Currently, 397 personnel are working on the site to maintain the impulse of construction.

Development is positioned near Sports City and Motor City, with good connections with the exhibition site through Hessa Street and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.
