Dubai real estate: Palma Development’s Serenia Living on Palm Jumeirah reaches 70% completion

The development in front of the beach, located in the Crescent of the Island, is scheduled for its completion by the end of 2025.

Serenia Living comprises 226 residences, including two, three and four bedroom apartments, full -flat and half floor, and a Sky mansion.

The project also presents services such as a large residential pool, a gym with a dedicated personal training area, multiple areas of interior and exterior children’s play and direct access to the beach.

“Serenia Living is progressing without problems and remains on the path of the expected completion by the end of 2025, while maintaining the exceptional quality that all our projects defines. As we advance in the final phase of the antifientele construction, Whooud Sounde that snatches the beach of the beach of the beach,” said Omar Derbas, executive director, development and engineering in the development of Palma.

Palma Development declared that the project aims to establish a new standard for residences in front of the sea in Dubai.
