“This integration of luxury, innovation and well -being ensures that Jumeirah Marsa al Arab is more than a resort, it is a destination designed to sacrifice transformative experiences that establish a new reference point for hospitality in the region,” Dursun told Arab business.

The future of luxury trips
Jumeirah Marsa al Arab is part of the widest strategy of Mission 2030 of the Jumeirah Group to double its portfolio. According to Dursun, the complex developed in response to a change in travelers’ expectations.
“Travelers are now reflexive experiences of prioritization over material opulence, unique and culturally rich rooms,” he said. “We are integrating well -being, immersive culinary excellence and the experiences led by culture that keep the hotel at the forefront of the booming industry.”
The Talise Spa covers three levels and includes the first EAU remedy suite, with avant -garde treatments such as cryotherapy, chromospacial light therapy and a hyperbaric oxygen chamber. A floor only for women, an interior pool of 20 meters and a physical conditioning study focused on performance complete the offer of well -being.
“The Remedy Suite, the first in Dubai, sacrifices innovative therapies such as cryotherapy, chromospatial light treatments, the treatment of triple detoxification of the idomal infrastructure and a hyperbaric oxygen chamber,” Durun stressed that the objective of conventional spa treatments to incorporate full attention, nutrition and adjustment driven by performance.
Sustainability characteristics were also incorporated into the design from the beginning. “Sustainability is also an integral part of the hotel design, with self -compensation terraces that reduce energy consumption, gray water recycling for energy irrigation and lighting,” he explained.

Dining is a key approach to the experience of the guests, with an exclusive concept called Place of Fore-A Multi-Restaurant restaurants that are transformed during the day into four different offers: Umi Kei, Madame Li, Mirabelle and Bombay Club. Other outstanding aspects include Kinugawa, Rialto, Iliana and an association with Pierre Hermé for the Lounge Lounge.
Cultural collaborations with artists and designers based in EAU are also integrated into the interiors and resort programming. “Our associations with Creative Regional Creatives a growing dialogue between tradition and modernity,” Dursun said.
Adapt to new luxury demands
Durun said the property responds to the change in the demand for luxury by “integrating well -being, immersive culinary excellence and the experiences led by the culture that keep the hotel at the forefront of the booming industry.”
“Positioned as a distinctive lifestyle destination, our strategy for the next few years revolves around the creation of memorable guests … and the evolutionary luxury panorama of Dubai,” he added.
The early response to the opening has been strong, particularly in well -being and food. “Since its opening, Jumeirah Marsa to Arab has bone with incredible emotion and enthusiasm,” Dursun said. “The guests have responded strongly to the impressive design and intuitive service.”

“The combination of the service all day, luxury without problems and a distinctive sensation of discovery have positioned the complex as the final destination for the modern traveler,” he concluded.
The reserves for the ultra luxurious complex officially opened to the guests last month with special packages for residents of the EAU and visitors of the CCG.
Earlier this year, two penthouses in Marsa Al Arab were sold for 706 million through Sotheby’s International Realty in Dubai, marking one of the most valued agents of the highest value worldwide.
Each residence offers direct access to a superyatht sports port, a private lobby and two private elevators.
