EDGE forms JV with CMN NAVAL to create naval shipyard in Abu Dhabi

Edge, the Advanced Technology and Defense Defense Group based in Abu Dhabi, is forming a joint naval construction company with Naval French naval builder, to build naval vessels such as Corvettes, patrol vehicles in the high seas (ABS), high -speed dhabceptors.

Edge will continue the expansion of its naval capacities through a multimillion -dollar joint company with Naval CMN

The announcement follows an initial association agreement signed in IDEX 2025 last month in Abu Dhabi, where both parties laid the foundations for collaboration in multiple domains.
