The ABU Dhabi Edge Defense Group said that the Beacon Red Group entity signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Big Data Analytics Company Presight AI to explore commercial synergies.
The agreement provides that commercial synergies between the vanguard and omnalitic abilities of Pressight and safety solutions focused on Beacon Red’s mission.

The association, formalized in the Dense and Security 2025 in Rio de Janeiro, will explore shocking projects in safe and intelligent cities, digital transformation initiatives and advanced security systems in strategic international markets, including Latin America.
Thomas Pramotedham, CEO of Presight, said that the association will allow the company to extend the border of applied intelligence to offer safe, adaptable and future solutions.

Companies said that the key benefits of collaboration will include the strengthening of national security, the progress of intelligent cities initiatives, the global collaboration of promotion and support for technological leadership.
A joint committee will be established to identify strategic projects that take advantage of AI for processable improvement between urban infrastructure, while adding global priorities.
