Gulf House’s real estate developer has announced his entry to Dubai’s luxury real estate market with plans to launch his flagship project, Olaia Residences on Palm Jumeirah.
Founded by Ing. Mohammed Mana Sultan Aballa, the company aims to create radio houses that satisfy the individual’s individual preferences while pushing the architectural limits in the Emirate.

Aballala contributes a considerable experience to the company, having held leadership positions in multi -million dollar projects in Saudi Arabia and established successful companies in the cement and mining industries.
In 2022, he sold a villa in Palm Jumeirah for AED280 million, establishing a record for the transaction of more expensive properties in the area.
