In his capacity as President of the Executive Council of Dubai, his highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Heir Prince of Dubai, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, issued the Executive No. (21) of 2025 appointing Fatma Ibrahim Abdullah Belrehif as executive director of the establishment of guarantee and compliance with quality in the authority of knowledge and human development (KHDA) in Dubai. His highness also issued the resolution of Executive Council No. (22) or 2025 by appointing Dr. Wafi Dawood Mousa Jafar Ali as Executive Director of the Strategic Development Sector in KHDA.
Sheikh Hamdan also issued the resolution of Executive Council No. (23) or 2025 by appointing Dr. Abdulrahman Hassan Abdullah Nasser as Executive Director of the Institutional Support Sector in KHDA.
In addition, his highness issued the resolution of the Executive Council No. (24) or 2025 that transferred Dr. Aminullah Ibrahim Ghuloom to the Maazmi of the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of Dubai and appointed her as executive director of the Human Development Sector and progress in Khda; and Resolution of Executive Council No. (25) or 2025 Transfer Dr. Saeed Mubarak Khalfan Kharbrab to Marri, CEO of the Arts Sector, Design and Literature in the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, and appointing it as Executive Director of the Policy, Research and Programs in Khda.
Resolutions No. (21), (22) and (23) are effective from the date of its issuance, while resolution no. (24) It is effective as of April 7, 2025, and Resolution No. (25) is effective as of April 14, 2025. All resolutions will be published in the Official Gazette.
