Jafza has announced a strategic expansion of its logistics park with an investment of AED90 million, adding 360,000 square feet of facilities to meet the growing demand in the logistics sector.
The second phase of development takes the total area to approximately 922,000 square feet, providing infrastructure to support companies in multiple industries.

The new facilities include modern offices, customizable units, temperature controlled warehouses and cargo springs with improved power capacity.
The park offers comprehensive services such as contract logistics, loading of loading and load management for sectors that include technology, automotive, fashion and food.
With the Load and Logistics Market of Middle East and Africa projected to reach $ 235.8 billion by 2031, the expansion addresses the critical needs of the market.

The Park takes advantage of Jafza’s connectivity with the Puerto Jebel Ali, providing strategic access to the market and value -added services such as packaging, labeling, quality control and inventory monitoring in real time.
Sustainability remains a key approach, with the development that incorporates prefabricated concrete construction methods and outside the site to minimize environmental impact.
Design includes skylights to maximize natural light and reduce energy consumption.
The first phase, completed in November 2023, covers 562,507 square feet and was completely rented before completing, demonstrating a strong demand for the high quality logistics market and storage solutions.
Currently, Jafza organizes 10,890 companies from 150 countries, supporting more than 160,000 jobs and contributing to Aed620 billion in annual trade.
The expansion is aligned with the objective of the EAU to grow their logistics sector to 200 billion annually in the next seven years.
