Minor Hotels has announced a new agreement to develop advance+ Fujairah Resort in the United Arab Emirates. The property in front of the sea, which will open in 2028, will be the first advanced brand complex in Fujairah.
The new construction complex will have 232 hotel rooms and 16 villas with three to five rooms. Some accommodation options will include private pools and direct access to the lagoon, which the company’s notes are unique offers in the Hospitality market of Fujairah.
Minor hotels cultivate presence

The Refesora project a continuous association between minor hotels and Al Fahim, a conglomerate based in the EAU. The two organizations previously collaborated in the Avani+ Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites.
