The real estate developer Ras al Khaimah, Marjan, has announced a Araise with Dara’s developments for the acquisition of a land plot, the central development RAK to develop a 27 -story residential tower.
The building is scheduled for completion before the fourth quarter of 2027 and will expand the residential offers in RAK Central, in line with the 2030 vision of Ras al Khaimah to position the Emirate as a vibrant place to live, work and enjoy excellence.

It is currently working at the main headquarters of the project, which will serve as the central business center, and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.
