The Dubai road and transport authority (RTA) has improved its seasonal network initiative for marine transport services through the adoption of advanced and flexible scientific and technological methodologies. The study methodology for this project was based on the use of the predictive analysis to evaluate the data of the marine transport network. This approach allowed to forecast the impact of operating changes and the evaluation of the flexibility of the network to adjust the service schedules and the frequencies of in line with the passenger volumes, the occupation rates and the performance of the income of the marine transport modes.
