The Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohammed al Qasimi, a member of the Supreme Council and ruler of Sharjah, has approved amendments to the labor degree structure in the government.

This includes the addition of new qualifications and work modifications to the duration of the service in each degree.

Sharjah’s work qualifications

The compliance with the amendment, two new degrees, A and S special B, have been added to public work degrees for citizens, along with a special qualification for engineers.

The duration of the service in each grade has been adjusted to four years.

These new amendments reflect the ruler’s commitment to provide a decent life for government employees, recognize their efforts, motivate them to contribute more and improve a distinguished and encouraging work environment.
