– Dubai Press Club is associated with IMI Group to empower media talent in Arab Media Summit 2025

IMI, a world leading media group based in the EAU, has announced its participation as a strategic media partner at the 2025 Arab Media Summit, to be the sponsorship of its highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid al Maktoum or Dubai. The event, organized by the Dubai Press Club, will take place from May 26 to 28 at the Dubai World Trade Center.

The association reflects IMI’s commitment to support the development of the media sector and shape its future. As part of their participation, IMI will organize a series of sessions and workshops led by experts in the place of the summit, delivered by professionals from IMI Media Academy-IMIS = dedicated training and collaboration with the development of talents with Dubai Press Club. The sessions aim to equip the next generation of media professionals throughout the region with skills aligned with the fast -evolving digital media ecosystem.

The workshops will offer participants valuable ideas tested in the writing room and highlight the best global practices extracted from the IMI International Media Network. The themes will include taking advantage of artificial intelligence for convincing visual narration, mastering the peak hours of the news edition and other emerging trends and discussions focused on the future.

The Rani Council, CEO of IMI and President and Operational Partner of Redbird IMI, said: “We are proud to unite to this important meeting organized by the Dubai Press Club. As a strategic media partner, IMI is committed to shaping the future of our industry in the middle of an ascent of AI, exchange of knowledge and workshops specialized by the IMI media academy, with the aim of empower Help talent for this moment of critical transformation.

IMI workshops on the summit will be led by leading media professionals from all over their portfolio, including Sky News Arabia, National, Al-Eain News and CNN Business Arabic. These sessions will provide participants with an integral understanding of the tools, strategies and ideas used by the main journalists and content creators.

Participating coaches include Abdallah Abudyak, head of development of Sky News Arabia; Fatima Al Mahmoud, social media content journalist at the National; ENAS REFAEI, assistant chief editor at the National; Chantal Saliba, news presenter and presenter in Sky News Arabia; Lenah Hassaballah, editor of CNN Business Arabic; Faisal Bin Huraiz, director of the IMI Media Academy; Firas Ali, head of programs and podcasts in Al-Eain News; Ahmed Qassem, presenter and reporter in Sky News Arabia; and Doaa Farid, Podcast editor in the National. Together, they will sacrifice deep ideas about the practices of the writing room, content innovation and emerging story narration formats.

The 2025 media media summit is expected to attract some 6,000 participants, including senior government officials, media executives, opinion leaders and creators of influential content of the Arab region and beyond.
