HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Heir Prince of Dubai, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, today with Rajnath Singh, Minister of Defense of India.
The meeting discussed the roads to strengthen defense and military cooperation between the two countries.
Held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Defense in New Delhi, the meeting was part of the official visit of HH Sheikh Hamdan to India, which was used today.
Discussions focused on improving collaboration in vital areas, including defense industries, military training, skills development and technology transfer. The officials also discussed the launch of the joints to improve the general defense capacities online with the shared interest of the countries in strengthening their strategic association.
Both parties highlighted the importance of regular consultation and coordination in regional and international security issues. Defense ties, they said, are a vital element of the broader bilateral relationship of countries.
HH Sheikh Hamdan and Rajnath Singh reviewed the current geopolitical developments and shared views on the importance of promotion dialogue and diplomatic solutions to global conflicts. They emphasized the need for sustained international cooperation to improve stability and develop the necessary conditions for sustained economic and social development.
The meeting was attended by Mohammad Bin Abdullah to Gergawi, Minister or Cabinet Affairs; Repon Ebrahim al Hashimy, Minister of State for International Cooperation; Omar Bin Sultan al Olama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy and Remote Work Applications; Lieutenant General Ibrahim Nasser al Alawi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Defense; Major General Khalifa Rashid Al Hamli, director of the Office of the Minister of Defense; and Dr. Abdulnasser Jamal al Shaali, ambassador of the EAU in India.
