Emaar, the prominent master developer of Dubai, has committed more than $ 1 billion to improve the international profile of the city through various cultural and infrastructure projects, the company announced today.
The investment portfolio includes the creation and operation of Dubai Fountain, recognized as the world’s largest choreographed source, as well as the production of celebrations of the New Year’s Eve in Burj Khalifa, that global attention annually.
Dubai Opera, which serves as a regional center, has also benefited from the financial support and the company’s operational experience since its inception.
Emaar spends more than $ 50 million annually on the cultural attractions of Dubai
The company allocates around $ 50 million every year to maintain and update the thesis attractions, including the recent implementation of advanced lighting and projection systems for the Facade of Burj Khalifa.
These technological improvements allow the tower to show visual narratives for millions worldwide.
Beyond the physical infrastructure, Emaar extends its influence through social initiatives administered by the Emaar Foundation.
These programs cover charitable homes, community development and sponsorships of national sporting and cultural events.
