Accor, Valor Hospitality, ICD launch six-hotel cluster in Dubai Deira Waterfront

ACCOR, Hospitality Partners Value and Dubai’s investment corporation (ICD) have announced the opening of a new six hotels cluster on the Paseo Marítimo de Dubai.

The project is part of Deira’s enrichment program and officially opened on April 1, 2025.

According to the agreement, the 999 keys cluster will be administered by hospitality partners. It includes three existing actions under IBIS styles, Aparthotel Adagio and Mercure brands. Now three new properties that will be operated under the Novotel, the IBIS styles and the Mercure flags are joined.

The new cluster is part of a broader strategy to support the demand for accommodation in mid -scale and economy in the region. The initiative strengthens the presence of Accor in Dubai and expands the value management portfolio in the EAU.

Each of the six hotels is positioned to serve a different market segment. The Adagio brand serves to the extended stay segment, Mercure focuses on offering locally rooted experiences, Ibis Styles is aimed at affordableness with spaces led by the design, while Novotel aims to serve commercial and leisure guests.

The association combines experience in international hospitality with the vision of the local market.

The objective is to improve financial performance and contribute to the sustainable growth of the sector, supporting Dubai’s development priorities.

Aligned with the objectives of the EAU for sustainability and economic diversification, hospitality partners of Accor and value incorporate ecological and practical operations of community development.

Its strategy includes initiatives on the conservation of resources, the development of talent and local employment.

Currently, Accor operates more than 290 properties in the Middle East and plans to expand with more than 130 additional locations by 2028.

Value offers services ranging from acquisition warning to hotels and hotels residence management. Its scope also includes asset management, brand and lifestyle services such as golf, spa and fitness operations.

The new hotel cluster marks a step forward for the District of Deira and reinforces the collaboration between three of the key actors in the region in tourism and investment.
