Amcreit, a subsidiary of Dubai Investments, said that the final dividend of AED4.00 Fils per unit is in the capital of the owners of improved holders of AED513.89 million collected through an issue of rights in April 2024.

The highest dividend payment follows the company that informs a solid financial performance for the year ended December 31, 2024.

It also occurs following the company that completes the acquisition of Carnation Education LLC (Carnation), the owner of Kent College Dubai, to further strengthen the gowing portfolio in the forced education sector.
