Al Mal Capital REIT announces final dividend of AED20.5mn for FY 2024

To the bad capital Reit (AMCREIT), the first list of Reit in DFM, announced AED20.55 million as the final dividend for financial year 2024.

The company has previously announced an AED.54 million dividend for six months that ended on June 30, 2024.

Amcreit, a subsidiary of Dubai Investments, said that the final dividend of AED4.00 Fils per unit is in the capital of the owners of improved holders of AED513.89 million collected through an issue of rights in April 2024.

The highest dividend payment follows the company that informs a solid financial performance for the year ended December 31, 2024.

It also occurs following the company that completes the acquisition of Carnation Education LLC (Carnation), the owner of Kent College Dubai, to further strengthen the gowing portfolio in the forced education sector.

Naser al Nabulsi, vice president and CEO or the bad Capital PSC, said that the final distribution of dividends of AED4 FILS per unit reiterates the company’s commitment to deliver the annualized objective of 7 percent by 2024.

“Amcreit believes in the creation of sustainable value for its unit routines,” he said.

Al Nabulsi said that the year was witness of key successes, including the improvement of the capital base with the new participation of investors and the acquisition of another K-12 school, taking general assets to five school campuses.
