The Plan is implemented through 3 strategic impact indicators, 27 strategic performance indicators and 42 initiatives and projects.

The strategic plan focuses on four objectives:

  2. Integrated judicial services: Improvement of the client experience, the resolution of alternative disputes for promotion and the construction of solid associations.
  3. Institutional capacities ready for the future: attract and develop specialized judicial and administrative talents, reinforcement innovation and guarantee sustainable governance.
  4. Advanced digital judicial system: AI and emerging technologies to optimize data use and improve judicial efficiency.

“The world is changing rapidly and faces unprecedented challenges on multiple fronts. This requests that Dubai’s courts be at the top of global advances in judicial systems. We completely recognize that rapid transformation, worldwide responses and the development of sustainable solutions that meet the needs of modern society,” the teacher. Alwaidi pointed out that the Dubai Courts team worked for a full year to prepare the strategic plan, focusing on providing integrated solutions that are aligned with global developments.
